This can happen if your account is not properly activated, when you try setting up a new one it will also say that your email is already in use. If this happens, you can look for an email that would have come from us when you set the account up that is asking you to activate your account, alternatively just ask to speak to a human and inform us you need us to resend your account invite. We will send you an email so you can activate your account and access your orders!
